3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be designated as dormant. 9.3 The Company's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
